Divine Service 4 – page 203
OPENING HYMN 398 “Hail to the Lord’s Anointed”
CONFESSION AND ABSOLUTION – page 203
THE INTROIT (we read together) Blessed are you, O Lord; teach me your statutes! How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to your Word. With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! I have stored up your Word in my heart that I might not sin against you. Blessed are you, O Lord; teach me your statutes! With my lips I declare all the just decrees of your mouth. In the way of your testimonies I delight as much as in all riches. I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways. I will delight in your statutes; I will not forget your Word.

THE APOSTLES CREED (we confess together) I believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, His only Son our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell. The third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father almighty. From thence He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – We are looking for a few people that would be interested in helping demolish the parsonage bathroom. This would involve taking out the tub, tile, walls, etc. This is to prepare the room for renovation. Hopefully this can be started soon. Once that is finished we will be in need of electricians, carpenters, and plumbers. Volunteers will certainly help to keep down the cost for the project. There is a sign-up sheet in the narthex or call Jeff Sixel at 565-3634 or 377-0815 with questions.
